[Program Query] How is Computer Sciences MS - Professional Program different from Regular MSCS ?

Recently I have been admitted to UWMadison's Computer Sciences MS - Professional Program.

I want to exactly evaluate how different is it from regular MSCS?
will recruiters Identify the difference?
will it be possible to pursue PhD after this course ? with in or outside UWMadison?
according to website PMP students are also eligible to pursue thesis for 6 credits. will professors allow for it?

Thanks
