Trip Timeline Scrambled

My wife and I are planning a 3 week Greece trip and there are many stops, back and forths and destinations, reservations etc.

Here’s a few issues we faced, can anyone can give some tips?

1. The timelime was scrambled after setting up ~20 stops and the error was synced on both devices. We had to reorder it. How to ensure it doesn’t happen again especially during the trip? Save a Backup?

2. Anyway to add reservations for cars, dinner ferry etc and be categorized. Typing stuff one by one isn’t going to work.

3. Anyway to fully lock a destination’s nights adjustment + - ? It often feeds accidentally adjusted.

4. The address field for adding a booking dosent work unless you select from drop down, often it’s wrong So you need to enable free address text

Great app overall if these things can be improved. I found this app has the best UI but just need to increase the feature set.
