Viccy Rd Cycle path is not fit for purpose .

I saw in two threads today about Voi bikes people saying that this is a perfectly good cycle path . It isn't , I thought it was bad that it has the speed bums designed to keep you at about 15 mph (24 Kph ) . Its clear from the video that anything above about 10 mph (16 kph) is dangerous . Your not likely to exceed the speed limiter on the bikes because it doesn't work as a cycle lane . As for the eejits that said its part of the pavement , your part of the problem .
