Tinned fish for a beginner

I’ve been wanting to get into tinned fish but the only time I ever had any was when I was totally fucking hammered living in a tent so I don’t remember what it was like. Anyway, what’s a good tinned fish for a beginner? I’m grossed out by the idea I might be eating the guts in the fish. Not a fan of when they leave the heads on too. What options does that leave me with?
