chronic mild saliva pooling around tongue since late 2019(healthcare providers cant give answer)
ive had this mild saliva pooling in tongue since late 2019, no one has given me clear dx. Seen PCP, ENTs, GI, TMJ dds, regular dds, neuro, myofunctional therapist, pt, no one has given me clear dx on this.
Feels like tongue moves around in mouth a bit, there is some saliva pooling but it's not like I'm like a dog drooling just that it's botherome at work / awareness , have to swallow
Nuero doc in 2023 he was going to Rx me benzotropine for the saliva issue but then again it had bad side effects I didn't want to deal with.
Myofunctional therapist in 2023 she mentioned something about salivary glands being aggrevated but didn't give an answer.
Whatever it is, it feels like maybe the tongue and saliva glands are being activated constantly and aggrevating my clenching? can this be bad bite issues
