How are people sending iMessages for Business?

I'm aware that the "Messages for Business" service exists, but I'm so confused on how to actually implement it.

I see documentation for it on things like AWS and Twilio, but its so weirdly vague and confusing how to set this up. I just want a simple service to send messages like this.

I'm specifically looking to create an experience like this - where there are inline buttons for selection options/etc, and a verified badge with brand name and logo.
