Game keeps crashing

I just bought the game and opened it for the first time. I spent around 30 minutes going through settings and then started creating a new save, i chose the character and the name but when it started loading game crashed. I updated the drivers, pc isn’t overheating, not even half of the memory and cpu is used, i also verified steam files but it still keeps crashing, what do i do?
