Increased pull rates on launch days?

Can everyone here share if their pull rates are increased on launch days too? If they are I'm curious to know what hits they are.

I can go months getting jackshit in between set or product releases, but suddenly every launch day I get an insane hit.

In the past couple of launches I've got; the reshi sir, and multiple irs with white flare, lopunny with phantasmal, multiple irs with mega evo, and perfect order with hyper rare gold card, (didnt even have a chance to get ascended)

Keep in mind, I'm not even the type of guy to rip whole booster boxes, I usually get an etb or a booster bundle or two at most. With the last couple of sets I've had to only get sleeves because of these damn scalpers.
