Can you give me some advice on what to do about these two best friends that I think don’t wanna be friends with me anymore

hi Reddit I have 2 really close friends and recently I feel like they don’t want to be friends with me. I will call them C and E. I was friends with E first and I introduced C to her, but that doesn’t matter though. one day I was on call with them and I suggested that we have matching profile pictures but they said no because they liked what their profile pictures were already and I said ok. I had to go take a shower, I said bye and left the call. I go take the shower and when I was done I joined the call again. C and E are dressed as Megamind and I wasn’t even gone for 20 minutes. They didn’t even notice I joined the call again. C says ok E I finished the sign Iam about to take the picture. E says the profile picture. Yep says C. And E says me too. my heart dropped I couldn’t feel anything I couldn’t hear I Felt it’s hard to describe how I felt when E said that. I said hii and everything stopped and then C says how long was I there I said just joined and she says with a sigh of relief ok.. i was there for 5 minutes. I left and cryed and I got on my computer and saw C holding a sign saying I love E and E holding a sign saying I love C
