Incorrectly claimed as a dependent

So my father claimed me as a dependent, and both my tax returns state and federal were rejected. Will I need to file a paper return? Or can I submit using the IPP? Trying to find information has been hard, but as far as I can tell I can still submit an E file if I have an IPP?
