[TOMT] A Lesser Known 90s Alternative Band with Album Cover Art of Translucent Green Lighters??? Please Help!

I am blanking on the band name!!! As best as I can remember the mid 90s CD cover was only a closeup of translucent lime green lighters. Does this spark a memory for anyone?

Thanks for looking.
