Looking for European alternative to Stripe to accept payments in my web shop

I love Stripe's functionality, but it pains me to sponsor the US and I'd really love to switch to a European payment provider.

I tried Mollie but 1 - they didn't let me receive payments in EUR, just in my local currency (unless I'm a "big" client, which I'm not), and 2 - they don't allow me to change the alias of my business, which means at the payment receipts customers would see full legal name of my business, and not the name of my shop, which is confusing and not user-friendly (they wouldn't be able to link the purchase to my shop).

I also wanted to try Adyen, but only see an option to send them a contact form instead of signing up.

So... any alternatives? Thank you in advance!
