Having my 2nd major outbreak

I contracted this roughly a year and a half ago. The first outbreak my penis was covered in a lot of blisters, my lymph nodes in my groin were painful and swollen, I had urinary and bowel issues (pain), and I had a fever and felt extremely sick. I went to the doctor, was diagnosed and took antivirals for a week or whatever.

About 5 months later I got one tiny blister on my penis which lasted 3 days and then was gone, no other symptoms. I was actually pleasantly surprised thinking this wouldn't be so bad after all.

Then, 3 weeks ago, all of the lymph nodes in my groin swelled up again, I got some blisters on my penis, probably half a dozen or so, started having painful urinary and bowel issues again - I was obviously having another outbreak. It seemed to almost clear up after 10 days, but once the initial blisters were almost gone I started having painful groin symptoms again including lower back and hip pain, and more blisters showed up and painful urinary and bowel issues continued. I am frustrated.

This current extended outbreak seems to be lasting longer than my first, or I am having back-to-back outbreaks. Has anybody experienced something like this where they have another which is almost as bad as the first one? Thank you for reading.
