low strength tank alt for bandos/corp/zammy, good idea or troll?

I'm working on a dolo account and I wanted to get some opinions before finishing it.

my main is 99 combat with maxed ranged/magic/strength, 50 attack 70 defence and piety/rigour.

and I'm planning to make a tank alt with 99 attack 99 defence 43~ prayer and 40 strength, the idea is to use it purely as tank/aggro holder (with bulwark) so it can hold aggro at bandos while my main does DPS from a corner, help at corp with landing specs, and not steal kills due to low strength + slow weapon.

I'm intentionally keeping prayer below piety to avoid high drain since it's just there to soak damage with overheads.

from what I can tell this should work well, but I'm wondering:

• has anyone tried something similar?

• does 40 Strength + Bulwark ever still cause kill steals in practice?

• is 99 Attack overkill for this, or worth it for consistency?

• are there bosses where this setup is surprisingly good/bad?

not really interested in making it a main or hybrid account (although I will get 90 magic on it for mage defense), just want a low-maintenance tank that makes dolo bossing less annoying, as door altar requires too much attention at bandos for example, and my main doesn't have scorching bow due to quest limitations, so I'd also want to use it at zammy.

any input appreciated, the account is largely already build for other purposes, has like 91 defence right now so I'd just be finishing it up rather than making it from scratch.
