Does anyone else use the Notes app to rehearse a message you are about to send to someone?

Sometimes when I want to text someone I’m not really sure how to write the message to start the conversation so first I use the Notes app on my phone to write it down as a way of rehearsing and once I figure out how I want to send the text message, I type it and then send it to that person I want to text.
