Seeking 1-2 Female Roommates to Apartment Hunt with, May 1 Move In

I (21F) am starting a tech job in May and would like to find roommates to apartment hunt with. My ideal location is certain areas of Queens (LIC, Astoria, Woodside, anywhere with <40min commute to Midtown). My rent budget is ~$1800 but could be flexible depending on amenities, but I'm dead set on the unit having an in unit/building washer+dryer.

A little about me: Likes to draw, play Stardew Valley, buy skincare, and matcha
Looking for: Roommates who are communicative, not disruptive, and clean!
