RW Rifter: Tutor vs Wish

Hey All!

I currently have a RW Lightning Rift build using [[Enlightened Tutor]] as a way to fetch whatever enchantments I need.

Here is my list:

However, I have also seen lists that use [[Burning Wish]] instead with a Sideboard setup to compliment it.

Here is a Sample list:

My question is which is better or more consistent? If you play either or both do you feel that one is better than the other when it comes to Enchantment search or Wish Board?
