Switched to a Credit-Based AI Tool and it’s actually saving me Money.
I was honestly in the same boat a few months ago. I kept stacking subscriptions thinking I’d “use them enough to justify it,” but most of the time they’d just sit there eating money every month. this is exactly why I started looking for alternatives in the first place and ended up making it myself lol.
Credit-based system just makes more sense, you only pay when you’re actually creating something. No pressure to “use it or waste it” before your billing cycle resets.
For me, it also changed how I use AI tools. Instead of forcing myself to use one platform because I already paid for it, I just use it when I need it. Way more flexible and honestly feels less like a commitment and more like a utility.
Not saying subscriptions are always bad, but for creators who don’t need heavy daily usage, this model just feels way more practical.
