Just a doubt. Is this group infiltrated with outsiders?

I joined Reddit recently just to know whats happening around me (Not about War). Almost on every post i notice negative comments on GCC countries. Is this group infiltrated with outsiders and no Actual citizens/ residents using it ?

Note: I am not supporting anyone and not against anyone. Just posting this in order to decide whether i need to continue using it or not.
