Can we address the big Suspicious Map in the room?

Tier 4 has been out since October 9th, 2024, and I'm sure I'm not the only person that has yet to complete the North Kurzan adventure tome because the Suspicious Map never fucking spawns.

This is garbage design intended to piss people off, please change this.
