Question for the mechanics

Hi guys, my Seat Leon Cupra R ST was broken into and the stole the whole dashboard. Unfortunately the electric parking brake is stuck, and my car was dragged via the rear axle on a car ambulance. That made me very sad and I cringed a lot while they were doing it. I was there when that happened.

Currently, the car is at the shop waiting for the dash parts (navigation & Virtual cockpit) but they mentioned to me that the car may NOT start because the parts need to be coded at the Seat or VW dealer. They said we need to get another car ambulance to do that. While having the fresh trauma of the rear axle pull, is there a way that I can release the Electric parking brake via a device that connects to the odb2 port?
