What Linux Distro Should I pick

Hello Everyone, I lately bought T490 because I found it for a good price, and my plan in the beginning was to get some laptop as a lab rat and run linux on it. I have some past experience with linux (Ubuntu) during my bachelor’s and this is where I got my Linux itch but I want something different. I got some mixed advice from some friends to use fedora, Cachyos, or Arch, I got a bit confused on what to pick, please help me out on make the decision :)

Some additional info:

I will use this laptop for slight gaming and mainly programming (.net and React)
