No signal from laptop hdmi suddenly

My laptop has connected to qm5k with no issues for months. I just used it yesterday too, but suddenly the tv won't recognize it. It notices a device connects but there is no signal. I have tried multiple hdmi cables. The game console still works and when I connect it with that hdmi cable, it doesn't work either. I have done everything with the tv short of factory reset. I unplugged for an hour then held power down and nothing changed. I tried all ports too.
