To Everyone Signed with DDO or Stewart!!! Question!!

Okay so I've recently signed with an agency that will rep me in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, and Atlanta- but they don't touch NYC and LA. Stewart and DDO are my top wishlist agencies and I have submitted over and over again and heard nothing. (I am developmental but these agencies both say they accept developmental talent, and I have a good reel and recent professional headshots) - I specifically submit to the young adult departments because I am over 18 TPY, and I'm under the age of 25 so that's definitely the department I would get the most use out of. Does anyone know how I could get a referral to an agent from one of these agencies? I feel like that's the only way to even get a meeting anymore. I'm open to any tips that would help from anyone who knows these agencies, thank you!!!
