Current State of Abercrombie's Fierce

Hey all!

I don't think there has been a recent post describing changes or reformulations to Abercrombie's Fierce. I'm really interested in this fragrance, as I hear it is a pretty decent snapshot of what the 2000s smelled like. I am curious, however, how does the current iteration of Fierce compare to the original release of the fragrance? As many others have said, the fragrance was reformulated in 2011—some people say the change was drastic, others say it isn't. There have been some releases like Fierce Intense that people say are similar to the original, but these products seem to have since been discontinued. Nowadays, there are many different iterations of it (Fierce Night, etc.).

For those who have worn Fierce for years and have tried a bottle in the past year or two, how does it hold up to the original red letter Fierce? Do you think it's worth getting a bottle of? Does anybody feel like different fragrances (such as Legend) do a better job of presenting Fierce as it was originally?

Basically, I want to smell like a 2000s mall—can anybody help me discern whether or not buying a modern bottle of Fierce is going to help me do that?
