Over the top road rage
I keep reliving this incident and I need to move on, so here goes ....
Saskatoon: We were driving home from the Goo Goo Dolls concert last night and turned left from 45th Street onto Airport Drive. There are two left hand turning lanes and we were in the right hand lane as we would be turning right onto Claypool. There was a large truck in the left hand lane beside us. We made the turn and were progressing south on Airport when the truck signaled and simultaneously started to make the lane change. When the driver saw us, he/she jerked back into their lane and pulled in behind us after switching lanes. From that point on the driver began flashing their brights at us and laying on the horn in one continuous honk. This continued the remainder of Airport drive, all the way down Claypool onto McClocklin until we parted ways at the 4 way stop at East Hampton .... over 2 kms. We have a teenage driver in the house and today, I discovered the "new driver, thank you for your patience" signs were still on the back of our car. The other driver's response was definitely over the top and the discovery of the new driver signs confirms the other driver is simply an a**hole. Thank you for the opportunity to rant.
