Positive ciclosporine stories?

I have been suffering with horrendous eczema since I had my baby 9 months ago, and probably even since my second trimester in pregnancy.

I was hammering steroid creams postpartum as I could not cope with the eczema whilst raising a newborn and doing night feeds etc. Think I’m going through TSW / way worse flares now.

I’m seeing a private derm who has suggested ciclosporine for a while. I am terrified of taking this drug but it feels very necessary. I’ve seen people take it for a few months then wean onto another drug. I’ve seen some people have negative outcomes when stopping the drug and I’ve seen some people wean onto things like methotrexate, then eventually stopped that and been eczema free since.

Please share some positive stories. I am desperate. Please no fear mongering because I actually cannot cope with it. I am desperate and I don’t want to use steroids anymore. I need a break. Thank you
