HCG levels - 48 hours

I went for blood work 2 days ago to test my hcg levels and it came back at 23.

Went back today, hoping that it had doubled bc I was a little worried at 23 being the number… and the office just called and said my hcg level is now 5349. In 2 days??

I feel that’s such a big jump and curious if anyone could share if they had similar numbers?? And how it went.
