Anyone else get Manny Pac for free today?

I was in ranked and dude hit me with a no loss glitch and after the initial “error 9” or whatever message, I got another one saying “new dlc available to use” or something like that and I had Manny Pacquiao unlocked.

Was he released free and it was just funny timing or did this guy somehow glitch a DLC onto my account ?
