[University Question] UWMadison's PMP MS Computer Sciences

I have been admitted to UWMadison's Computer Sciences MS - Professional Program.

I want to exactly evaluate how different is it from regular MSCS?
will recruiters Identify the difference?
will it be possible to pursue PhD after this course ? with in or outside UWMadison?
according to website PMP students are also eligible to pursue thesis for 6 credits. will professors allow for it? how difficult is it?
How different is it compared to UIUC's MCS program?

Thanks
