i understand words, i can read, cant think in words though (not well at least)

i have a silent inner monologue i think, i rely HEAVILY on sub vocalisation, if im reading and not moving my mouth it almost feels like reading back to front, can do it, can read visually and really fast, but its weird, if i try to say a word in my head without and sometimes even with sub vocalising, nothing happens, i guess i conceptualise it, but the 'sound' is just like a stutter or a vaguely similar sound to the word, with no influx.
