Has anyone represented themselves at the WRC and if so how did you get on?

My case is Age and Ethnicity Discrimination.

My employer has excluded me from the interview process for promotion through multiple years and l wish to take a case on these grounds.

Google AI seems to think l have a good chance of winning with a high payout after multiple Q and A about the facts of the case lm going to take. I am not sure how reliable it is but it sounds convincing.

Did you do something similar before proceeding with your case?
