What the HELL is happening with international tickets?

I'm in the UK. I'm utterly furious by the fact that they didn't release them for international audiences yesterday, the USA literally had their presale last week and this just feels like a bigger presale. the film is literally coming out the same day as the US and if they expect Michael to make as much as they want then why the hell haven't they been released?
