Is there any way to get MaxMind GeoIP paid database for free?

I’ve been looking into using MaxMind GeoIP databases(Country & City mmdb files), but the paid versions are pretty expensive for my use case.

Is there any way to get access to the paid GeoIP2 databases for free?

Also, Currently I'm using free GeoLite2 database not satisfied with the accuracy.

Would appreciate any advice or download sources please provide. Thank you.
