Looking for advice on a Mexican All inclusive

My friends and I are all early 20’s and want to get a boys trip in before we all go our separate ways.

Most of us are just finishing college so we’re pretty broke but we are looking for a place in Mexico for mid Feb 2027.

Our budget is about $2000CAD +/- $300. Including flight from YYC.

We want above average food and activities/night life on an/or off resort as a priority. A nice beach is an added bonus. And of course decent bars haha.

Any recommendations? And who should we book with?
