Morena IUD vs Copper Coil (UK)

I have an appointment to get an IUD. I have previously had the copper coil and I remember experiencing painful periods but don't have any major objections to the copper IUD as I have an appointment to get it put back in. But... A lot of people have suggested I have Mirena, including the nurses.

Could I have people's opinions please!

I am also leaning towards not having anything and continuing with condoms despite them being a bit of a mood killer.

I have previously had 3 miscarriages and currently not planning on getting pregnant again and sex comes with a lot of anxiety due to the trauma we've been through each time. our last miscarriage was January this year.
