Moving to chicago for the summer, Can I get some location recommendations?

I am moving to chicago for a summer internship which is near DuPage airport authority. I want to live close ish to the city or around locations with some fun activities. I was wondering if i could get some recommendations. I guess the max commute time i would want to deal with during traffic hours is 45ish min to an hour
