Nob Hill/NW 23rd Dinner Recs?

Hello Lovely Portland!

Will be in the NW neighbourhood on a Tuesday and Wednesday.

Looking for table service restaurants, casual dinner vibes (but not burgers and fries casual) with a nice wine selection (not high end).

Idea was to walk 23rd and end up at dinner whether on 23rd or walking distance. I’m okay to reserve ahead. Thank you!
