EXIF data difference - Nikon D850

So ive been using my nikon d850 tethered to my macbook m1pro. My camera reads the lens and the settings just fine, c1 also reads the camera iso aperture and ss correctly. It becomes problem when i capture a photo, the data on the photo doesnt match what is in the real condition

ex: my camera is set at iso 64, f/5.6, 1/250 (on flash)

when i capture the photo metadata shows me iso64, f/11, 1/160

sometimes it shows correctly but sometimes wrong eventhough the exposure is set to what i wanted but it bothers me, what happen?
