Serious critique group?

I want a serious writing community - one where members critique each other's polished work rather than field introductory questions. I love digging into someone's prose at the sentence level, into subtext and voice, and would like to find a group that does the same. I want writing in front of us that is easy to enjoy without getting bogged in the basics.
