Monitor discrepencies

I'm curius if anyone here can help me parse the difference between [this](https://www.amazon.com/KTC-Computer-Adaptive-Adjustable-H27F7/dp/B0FJXXXH2D?th=1&psc=1) (KTC H25Y7) monitor (KTC H25Y7) and [this](https://www.amazon.com/KTC-Computer-Adaptive-Adjustable-H27F7/dp/B0FX217P7K?th=1&psc=1) monitor (KTC H25T7-3).

They both seem to be within the same ballpark specs wise, but the H25Y7 boasts 300hz while the H25T7-3 is "only" 240hz. The H25T7-3 also seems to specify HDR400 whereas the H25Y7 only specifies "HDR".

I guess I'm just curious if anyone has any more intimate knowledge of this brand and these models? They're currently $4 apart and I'm in the market, but I don't want to just jump on the 300hz model if it's worse in other ways.
