Racist harassment in Costco

@ Laguna Niguel, Heather Ridge Costco ( orange county , LA)

March 27th, mid morning.

Had a guy walk up to me inside the store and say " I hate brown people , I hate people like you" I immediately followed him cos he cornered me in a lonely aisle to say this shit and tried to run away. I ran up to catch up with him, I also made some noise asking him to stop & talk to me and not run away , luckily I did see him in a very visible area and he continued to say more racist things before running away.

There was a demo person ( thank you so much, Ms.F) who saw this too and advised me to go to the manager.

The manager ( thanks Mr. B) was very attentive and immediately reviewed cctv footage said they likely know who this guy is and they would take care of this, even walked me to my car today. I appreciate the quick response and I'll follow up to see what happens.

There is only so much Costco can do and they did that. I am a bit shaken and wanted to share just to spread awarenesses of such instances.
