I got 6.0 on IELTS and planning to apply EU any tips?

I took my IELTS last week and results arrived yesterday, I am now studying in the best high school in Turkey (kabatas) and my gpa is around 9.4-9.5/10. My ielts overall score is 6.0(L/R:5.5-S:​6-W:​6.5) I got a Turkey championship on GYEC Ideathon and I have a portfolio website I share my web projects www.blackmird.nl could you please chance me should I apply to Uni Warsaw and where else is possible for me. Thanks by now.
