Private Request: Help Removing a Bag From My Picture

Hello, I took a family trip recently and came out with one of the few good single pictures of myself. However, in the picture, the bag I'm carrying and it's strap on my clothes makes me look a bit overweight from the creasing.

I have tried to use AI to fix the image, which it does well but changes my facial features. I will DM the image to anyone willing. Any help is highly appreciated!
