Natera genetic testing

Hi all,

I received a $3400 bill for genetic testing done by Natera and my explanation of benefits indicates that this isn't covered by insurance. My OBGYN never informed me of this. I am astounded at the price. I've read a few things on this subreddit for how to handle this. I've never had to dispute or lower a medical bill before so I don't know much of what I'm doing. I've already called Leading Edge and tried to get it down that way - they did not budge. I read elsewhere to try to contact Natera directly? I have not contacted my OBGYNs office yet - should I do that before contacting Natera?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
