Is there any sleeping position i can sleep with to not worse my asthma?

Every morning its a routine for me to have difficulty in breathing. Severe wheezing.

Hell i can't even walk 10 steps. I USE Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propionate Powder. And two capsules each day and its getting very expensive for me to even breathe. fcuk asthma i hate it so so so much
