Highlighter Inks

I'm looking for some inks to refill my Platinum Preppy highlighters - yellow and blue. I’d love some recommendations

I had planned on getting Noodler's Firefly and Lightning Blue, but have reconsidered since reading about the drama with that company.

Octopus is the next most-recommended, but doesn't seem to have a neon blue ink. Same with Pelikan and Kaweco.
