Am I being scammed?

I’m newer to selling. Auction ended Tuesday morning… I had no issue collecting payment from my other 7 buyers. My 8th buyer still has not paid. Today, they finally responded saying they are having “issues with PayPal.” I told them I would give them til 12am Sunday to pay.

Am I being scammed? Should I cancel the transaction? TIA.
