Offer Evaluation

Hello all. I recently received this offer from an SAP consultancy start-up.

Position: Consultant SAP BTP AI

Offer: permanent employment contract

Base salary: 55000€ gross per year

Bonus: up to 5000€ based on company performance

Allowance: 50€ per month

Pension scheme: 200€ per month

Health budget: 600€ per year

I am graduating soon and have worked at SAP as a working student for the past 6 months. This is my first full-time employment in Germany.
