Might have ME/CFS

TLDR: Have other disabilities but some symptoms line up with CFS and can’t tell if it is CFS or just overlap

I have been researching more on CFS since I realized the symptoms line up, but am having trouble distinguishing if it is just from other disorders I have overlapping to seem that way. For context I have HSD, POTS, arthritis, among mental health issues such as autism, PTSD and MDD that cause heavy dissociation. I also have found out I have a vitamin D and iron deficiency and am taking stuff for that. Basically, it’s a lot and there’s so much overlap. This is why I haven’t even considered CFS for so long.

Yet something I keep seeing over and over again is PEM and the onset of flu like symptoms delayed after over exertion. So I looked into it, and saw that I fit the criteria to a tea, but once again is this just the overlap from other disabling conditions? I get heavy flu like fatigue where my head pounds, my body is painful and heavy like led, it feels like being poked with pins upon touch, I can’t stop shaking, I can barely move, can’t think even more so than usual and sleeping does nothing, I just have to wait it out doing almost nothing for 2-3 days at the least. I have made sure it’s not any typical sickness, and it never is.

I obviously get fatigued and dizzy during exertion from POTS, but the flu like symptoms are different and only come on the day after. The thing is this does not happen with everything, I can have small things like hanging out and walking to a store down the block with only my typical POTS and arthritis symptoms. It only occurs after a full day or more of consistent activity where I am walking or just doing things a lot, such as going to the museum all day mixed with just doing whatever or going to a convention.

I don’t want it to be CFS obviously, just an overlap of what I already know I have, but I want to rule it out, or know if I do have it. I know nothing is a guarantee, but before taking up any more concern I thought it would be best to just ask for experience from those who know firsthand what it looks like. Thank you if you’ve read all this lol!
